Reborn Hair
When you apply the hair to your reborn dolls there are 2 ways you can go about this. You can either use reborn doll wigs, or you can opt to use reborn doll mohair instead. Wigs are easier to fit and maintain but can leave a less real look about the doll in some cases. If you are adept at fitting and styling wigs however then this shouldnt be a problem.
Mohair is fine hair from sheep that you need to root into the head of the doll in clumps and is the preferred choice for most reborn artists. This is commonly referred to as microrooting. Mohair goes a long way although you can never have enough - be sure to stock up when attempting a new doll. It is a good idea to get a blank head and trying to microroot on this first before setting about the same task on your actual doll.

Which one you use is entirely up to you, and there is no right or wrong choice. If you are not yet comfortable with trying one of the most advanced aspects of reborning then you should choose to stick with a wig, but be sure to know what style you are after first.
Mohair comes in a variety of colors and styles and the choices of the final look are far wider - of course it comes at a price because microrooting also takes longer to complete the head of the doll.
