Buying clothes for your reborn dolls does not need to be expensive. You can pickup old baby clothes for cheap on eBay and many people actually cater specifically for reborns.
It is important to remember that you mustn't buy clothes that are too small to fit onto the dolls body however, or you may end up breaking it. If you do not know the size of the dolls body then you may want to measure it with a tape measure.
Changing the clothes of your reborn is a quick way to make it look brand new. If its been sitting in the corner for a while it may have collected dust or the clothes have faded - you dont need to buy a brand new doll though.

If you are able to knit, then you can also get designs online for various garments for your reborn doll. Some people also charge a small fee for complete cloth designs but bear in mind this will most likely take you quite a while to complete.
If you keep an eye open for cloth sets it usually works out cheaper than buying individual items. These often come with hats, boots, and clothes which means you do not need to buy individual items that you may have to pay shipping fees on. Also, they will usually be from a matching set so will look better.
